而從建廠以來,即持續建立 5S、HACCP 等衛生及食品安全管理系統,為食品衛生安全把關,通過ISO 9001、ISO 22000管理系統運作並取得驗證,通過McDonald‘s HACCP及SQMS系統的稽核,CAS優良冷凍食品認證,及美國烘焙協會 (AIB) 食品衛生安全稽核最優等級 (Superior) 評等。
碁富彰化廠品管實驗室更獲得財團法人全國認證基金會 (TAF) 生物測試領域認證 (ISO/IEC17025) ,認可編號:0814,提供對內及對外檢驗服務,是碁富追求卓越品質的肯定。
除此之外,碁富更將國際公認的職業安全衛生管理系統 (OHSAS 18001) 納入管理系統,目的是使組織能夠進行風險管理,並提高性能,不斷地在產品、經營上追求卓越,以求提供更衛生安全的產品與工作環境,作為企業永續經營發展的基石。
K&K has established highest quality standard in every product we produce. In order of achieve such a goal, we have comprehensive and complete training manual for each employee including production line workers. With management team focused on continuous improvement and constantly reinforce the product quality , every employee takes pride in out product quality. Such an effort in rewarded by McDonald’s APMEA Quality Center as “Target” supplier for 10:1 beef patties, chicken patties and fillet of fish patties. Moreover, we also implemented programs such as 5S, GMP, HACCP in out plants to ensure food safety standards are met every single day. We have passed FDA Bioterrorism Certification, GMP and HACCP audits from TAF(Taiwan Accreditation Foundation) and international companies such McDonald’s as well as many leading companies in Taiwan. K&K has also been certified by the Taiwan Government as a CAS frozen food manufacturer. The internationally renowned AIB audit (American Institute of Bakery) ranked K&K as a superior manufacturer year after year.
Our QC Laboratory in Chang Hwa plant has been accredited as a member of the Chinese National Laboratory Accreditation (ISO/IEC 17025, accreditation number 0814). All of these are the result of our relentless efforts in pursuing the highest quality possible.
